Support Coordination

What is Support Coordination?

Support Coordination is a service that helps NDIS participants make the most of their plans. A Support Coordinator works with you to understand your goals, connect you to the right services, and build your confidence to manage supports into the future. Think of them as your guide—helping you navigate the NDIS, link with local options, and make informed decisions.

Why In-Region Matters?

Having a Support Coordinator who lives in or regularly visits your area makes a big difference. They don’t just understand the NDIS—they understand our communities. They know what’s available locally, who to talk to, and how to get things moving in the bush. When your Support Coordinator is on the ground (or regularly visits), they can build stronger relationships with you and local providers, and offer support that actually works where you live.
